Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.
Costello Bakehouse is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive refrigerated deliveries when applicable.
Once a package has been delivered by the carrier, Costello Bakehouse is not responsible for theft, loss, or spoilage resulting from delayed retrieval.
